James Franco denied a series of sexual misconduct allegations in an interview with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday, calling the claims made on social media "not accurate." On Sunday, while Franco appeared on stage at the Golden Globes wearing a "Time's Up" pin in solidarity with victims of sexual misconduct, actress Violet Paley tweeted out an accusation that Franco of pushed her head toward him while he was exposed. Paley later tweeted that Franco had called her and "a few other girls" weeks earlier to apologize. The New York Times on Wednesday canceled a planned TimesTalk conversation with Franco, citing "recent allegations."
