The next Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode could at last reveal whether Kylie is pregnant by looking at the clues in the teaser which promises a two night spectacular. The narrator announces an episode ?full of Kardashian surprises? and pans to the family all with shocked faces. The surprise could also cruelly be the announcement of the pregnancy of Khloe Kardashian, which was already revealed on her instagram in December.
