After three years of dating, Gwyneth Paltrow is officially engaged to Brad Falchuk. Paltrow was previously married to Chris Martin but separated in 2014. They have two kids together, Apple and Moses. In November, Paltrow posted an Instagram photo of Falchuk and Martin side by side, with the caption, "Sunday brunch #modernfamily." Experts say that the situation is a good model for other couples. Andrea Syrtash, author of "Cheat on Your Husband (with Your Husband)," says, "I wish more exes modeled that, for the kids' sake, everyone can get along."
