Women in Hollywood are wearing black to Sunday's Golden Globes and actresses took to Instagram over the weekend to explain why. Actress Ashley Judd, who has accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct, wrote, "Today, we wear black. Why? Nearly 1/2 of men think women are well represented in leadership roles and 1/3 of women think women are well represented in leadership roles. The *reality* is, only 1 in 10 senior leaders are women. #TimesUp #WhyWeWearBlack" Anti-sexual harassment group Time's Up has called for an all-black red carpet at the awards show. Some of the group's supporters, Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, Brie Larson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tessa Thompson and Rashida Jones, posted a video on Sunday reiterating their mission Washington captioned the post, "We stand in solidarity. Together we can end harassment, discrimination & abuse. And create safety, inclusion, equity & parity! FOR ALL PEOPLE. ACROSS ALL INDUSTRIES."
