Taraji P. Henson, who stars in and serves as an executive producer on the upcoming action film, "Proud Mary," says she wants more roles like hers to be given to older women. 47-year-old Henson's character, Mary, is an assassin. The actress said, "When women get older in this business, they tend to send us out to pastures. [...] If men can do it, why can't we? I feel like women get better as we age. Give us the same chances as you give men."
