Carrie Underwood revealed earlier this week that she received between 40 and 50 stitches on her face after she fell on the steps at her home in November. On Wednesday, a photograph of the singer from one month after the accident has surfaced. Carrie posed with 'Below Deck' alum Adrienne Gang after working out together. According to Adrienne, Carrie was not wearing any makeup and ?looked great? that day. In a post shared to her official fan club, Carrie wrote, "I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different. I?m hoping that, by then, the differences are minimal, but, again, I just don?t know how it?s all going to end up."
