VIDEO : Trump rings in the New Year on the golf course, tweets 'What a year it's been'

President Donald Trump has offered his New Year's Eve message. He tweeted, "What a year it's been, and we're just getting started."
Trump also tweeted Sunday: "Together, we are MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! Happy New Year!!"
The positive message stood in contrast to Trump's New Year's Eve tweet last year. Last year he wished a "Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don't know what to do. Love!"
The tweet included a celebratory video recap of the president's first year in office.
