The big Box Office winner of holiday season and the year, is "Star Wars: The Last Jedi." The eighth installment of the franchise earned 52 million dollars over the three-day weekend, which was enough to lift it past "Beauty and the Beast" to take the top spot at the box office for all of 2017, with 533 million dollars earned domestically. Pair that with international box office, and despite some fan divisiveness, the film will close out 2017 with more than one billion dollars worldwide.
