VIDEO : Jason Douglas Gets Beerus

Jason Douglas definitely has a feel for who the character Beerus is. But that doesn't mean he takes voicing the character in Dragon Ball Super lightly. The reality is quite the opposite. Douglas explained at New York Comic Con why it is so important for him and the team behind Dragon Ball Super to get the beloved and immensely powerful character right.
Douglas said, "The thing is once you get into the booth and start watching the animation, there's so much there that can kind of like motivate you and inspire you and sort of give you the room to play. Because I think it's so well written and it's so well rendered in terms of how they animate this guy, so for me, that's kind of the palette that I work from."
