Wonder Woman's name was one of the most mispronounced words of 2017! According to the Babel app, Gal Gadot's name was one of the most "prominent words in 2017 that were tough for people on TV to say." Americans typically mispronounce her last name with a silent T at the end. However, Gal explained on Jimmy Kimmel that the "t" isn't silent at all, and should be pronounced as "Guh-doett". Fans will hopefully have a better grasp of Gal's name by 2019 -- for the release of Wonder Woman 2. Gal was also named one of the top ten highest paid actresses of 2017.
