Peter Capaldi wrote a touching letter to a young Doctor Who fan who was upset by the Twelfth Doctor regenerating in this year?s Christmas Special, ?Twice Upon A Time.? The boy?s father got in touch with Capaldi himself and the actor was kind enough to write a very special and touching letter, assuring the young fan that "no Doctor ever really goes away." Capaldi concluded his letter by writing, "?Everything ends and it?s always sad. But everything begins again, and that?s always happy.?
