Luann de Lesseps was arrested in the early hours of Christmas Eve.
The Real Housewife was arrested in her hotel after trespassing into the wrong room with a male companion.
Hotel security was notified by a member of the housekeeping staff.
Security found the pair in bed together and repeatedly ordered them to leave the room.
de Lesseps then assaulted a police officer several times and tried to break out of her handcuffs.
de Lesseps also tried to feel from the police car.
She repeatedly told police "I?m going to *bleeping* kill you."
She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication and corruption by threat.
