'Venom' producer Matthew Tolmach is teasing that the upcoming Marvel movie starring Tom Hardy may be rated R. When recently asked whether or not the 'Spider-Man' spinoff film will be R-rated or PG-13, Tolmach said, "We?re gonna do the right one." He went on to discuss Hardy's character, saying, "Eddie Brock is an incredible character and a gritty, real, authentic, funny but also embittered character and a truth-teller who has made mistakes." 'Venom' hits theatres on October 5, 2018.
