CNN has given a big thumbs up to "The Post."
Meryl Streep shines as Washington Post publisher Katherine Graham, and Tom Hanks cast as colorful editor Ben Bradlee.
The Post stood up to a corrupt administration, which included putting journalism ahead of its business interests, as quaint as that sounds.
Richard Nixon also plays a supporting role, with director Steven Spielberg using snippets of his White House recordings.
