However, fans were quick to point out that Khloe might be sending another message with her heart-felt instagram post. In the image, she and Tristan are holding onto her growing tummy. Fans noted that it looks like a wedding band is on Khloe's left ring finger. Some wondered if perhaps Khloe and Tristan are not only engaged but already married. The two diamond bands appear to be a new addition for Kardashian, who was photographed at Los Angeles International Airport without them earlier in December.
