All About the Tea reports that Tim got a restraining order against Jennifer, after he claims that she stalked him. Although the former couple split in September, court documents suggest that on December 17, Jennifer followed him home and slashed his tires. Tim also claims that she also broke into his house and harassed him via text messages. Reports say that problems arose after Tim was caught cheating.
