"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" has only been in theaters for five days but it is already going to cross the half-billion mark. During its opening weekend it made a total of $450 million. Then, on the Monday after it was $43.8 million. By Tuesday it is sure to cross the half-billion mark. The film is now ranked the third-highest Monday in box office history. The only other films beating this one are other Star Wars installments: "The Force Awakens" made $40 million and "Rogue One" made $32 million.
