Actors Diego Luna and Michael Peña have joined the cast of 'Narcos' for the Netflix crime drama show's fourth season. The castings come after Netflix recently said that lead actor Pedro Pascal, who played DEA agent Javier Peña in the first three seasons of the show, would not return for season 4.
