VIDEO : Does 'The Last Jedi' Get Political?

Star Wars is not known as a political film franchise.
Fans love the movie because it has nothing to do with contentious political and social issues that have us divided.
CNN's Brian Lowry, however, argues that the Last Jedi leans into politics.
One of the messages of the movie is that power can come from humble beginnings and does not have to be inherited.
Lowry also points to scenes where rebels lay waste to a town of rich people and free some animals.
Perhaps it's wishful thinking for Lowry. Being a CNN commentator, we guess he sees politics in everything he watches.
