As her 'Pitch Perfect' franchsie comes to a close with it's upcoming third installment actress Anna Kendrick is opening up a about why she loves her character Becca so much.
While speaking with Elle she shared,
"I do feel like Beca is a little bit of wish fulfillment, because she definitely is very savvy and knows herself. I think a lot of characters are wish fulfillment. You wish you were a little cooler or that you stood up for yourself a little more. That's one of the nice things about movies, I guess.
If it's a character you want to root for, you do want them to say the things that you wish you?d said. In the shower, all I do is go back and say the things that I wish I had said. I think I'm really terrible with confrontation. I'm either way too meek, or I explode and get really emotional. Then I feel like an idiot, because I should've kept my cool."
