VIDEO : Disney to Buy 21st Century Fox For $52.4 billion

On Thursday, the Walt Disney Company confirmed hat they have agreed an all-stock acquisition deal for 21st Century Fox, as well as obtaining other assets from media conglomerate Rupert Murdoch's empire. A key part of the deal is that Disney's CEO and chairman Bob Iger has had his contract extended for 24 months. Fox owns rights to comic book superheroes such as Deadpool, the Fantastic Four and X-Men.
