Like how it predicted Donald Trump?s presidency, ?The Simpsons? predicted how Walt Disney Co. recently acquired 21st Century Fox?s recent assets in an episode called, ?When You Dish Upon a Star,? in 1998. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the episode ?[revolves] around Homer befriend Alec Baldwin and his then-wife Kim Basinger. He begins to work as their assistant but then spills their personal gossip to others. At one point, the episode features the 20th Century Fox logo with ?A division of Walt Disney Co? underneath it.?
