In wake of Mario Batali's sexual assault allegations, he has been let go from his co hosting gig on the show "The Chew", and now Eataly has puled his products from their shelves. Mario Batali helped get Eataly to american, and they now have five locations in major cities, and he is also a big investor in the chain. The Chain started pulling his products from the shelves on Tuesday December 12th, and they have no plans to restock any time in the future.
