According to Variety, director Guillermo del Toro may remake the 1947 film noir 'Nightmare Alley'. The original thriller starred actor Tyrone Power as a con man who sets up an act with a female psychiatrist to swindle millionaires. del Toro is currently enjoying some of the best reviews of his directing career with new film 'The Shape Of Water'. Some critics have called it the director?s best work to date and expect it to do well during the upcoming awards season.
