VIDEO : NBC Teaming With Chris Hardwick For New Comedy Show

NBC is expanding its relationship with Chris Hardwick.
The broadcast network is developing a new comedy from the host and comedian called Natural History. The project centers on a young woman who returns home to become director of a beloved local natural history museum, only to find it has gone to hell in her absence. She must wrangle her well-intentioned but less-than-reliable staff while battling slashed budgets, rude patrons and collapsing dinosaur skeletons.
The news comes at the end of a packed year for Hardwick. In October, he launched a new production shingle and teamed with Blumhouse Productions for a three-picture, first-look film deal, one of which he's set to direct.
