Daisy Ridley has admitted that learning to wield a lightsaber for 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' was the "hardest thing" she has done as an actress.
Ridley reprises her role as Force-sensitive Rey in the eighth film in the sci-fi saga.
She underwent a demanding training regime with fight coordinator Lian Yang which required her to really push herself.
Ridley said she "really had to push myself. I was training around filming, but I was very, very happy with how strong I looked and felt.""
"What you see in the movie is really me. No special effects."
