VIDEO : 'Obi-Wan' Star Wars Film To Begin Production In 2019

According to a production update reported by fan site Omega Underground, the next Star Wars anthology movie will begin filming in January of 2019 at Pinewood Studios in London. With filming rumored to begin in early 2019, that would keep Lucasfilm on pace for their current goal of releasing a Star Wars movie every year, with Star Wars: Episode IX set to premiere in December of 2019, and the next project to hit theaters would be the Kenobi spinoff film in 2020.
