Legendary Bollywood actor Shashi Kapoor died Monday evening at the age of 79.He was battling a chronic kidney disease, and it is expected that he succumbed to his disease in a hospital in Mumbai, India. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted about the actors death and is quoted saying, "Shashi Kapoor's versatility could be seen in his movies as well as in theatre, which he promoted with great passion. His brilliant acting will be remembered for generations to come. Saddened by his demise.
