VIDEO : Selena Gomez Tears Up While Receiving Billboard's Woman Of The Year

Selena Gomez has won Billboard's Woman of the Year and gave a speech thanking her Best Friend Francia Raísa who donated a kidney to Gomez. During her speech Gomez began to tear up and said that Francia should be getting the award because she saved her life and she feels "incredibly lucky." Before going onstage to accept her award she was asked how she felt about receiving the honor. Gomez said: "What I think about when I think of Woman of the Year is how impactful the women have been in our industry lately; it?s honestly crucial and remarkable and makes me feel more comfortable to be part of this industry.?
