Selena Gomez was honored Thursday night as she was named Billboard's Woman of the Year. The 25-year-old delivered a tearful acceptance speech and thanked her best friend Francia Raisa for saving her life. Raisa secretly donated her kidney to Gomez, who suffers from Lupus. They kept the surgery secret for awhile, before going public. In her speech, Gomez said she felt lucky and that Raisa is really the one who deserved the award.
