In a recent interview with American Way Magazine, Mark Hamill said that he almost didn't agree to reprise his role as Jedi Master Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, as he didn't want to ruin "people's memories of it." The sixty-six year-old actor said, "Part of me was very terrified. There was a beginning, a middle and an end. Why go back and take the chance of ruining - or at least tarnishing - people's memories of it?" However, the 'Star Wars' legend did return in 2015's 'Force Awakens' and now is set to appear, with a bigger role, in the upcoming eighth episode 'The Last Jedi' this December.
