According to Business Insider, ?the average Brit consumes over 5,200 calories on Christmas dinner alone -- and a whopping 190g of fat.? These numbers were found by a company called Forza Supplements, and in their study they included snacks and drinks that would eaten throughout the day like champagne, wine, dessert, and cheese boards.
