Adam Driver was initially reluctant to join the 'Star Wars' saga. The 34-year-old actor stars as villain Kylo Ren in 'The Force Awakens' - helmed by J.J. Abrams - and will reprise his role in Rian Johnson's 'The Last Jedi' movie this December. Driver wasn't sure he wanted to be part of such a huge blockbuster franchise as he is "sceptical of Hollywood movies" but was convinced after reading Abrams' pitch and realising that his character - the son of Han Solo and Leia Organa - was very much a conflicted individual.
