Amid multiple accusations of sexual assault and harassment in Hollywood, at least one director is sticking up for his actor. David Yates, director of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, is defending his decision to keep actor Johnny Depp on the project, despite accusations of domestic violence from his ex-wife, Amber Heard. Yates told EW that while the multiple reports swirling around Hollywood are compelling and frightening, he doesn't see Depp as falling into that category. Yates said quote "I can only tell you about the man I see every day: He?s full of decency and kindness, and that?s all I see. Whatever accusation was out there doesn?t tally with the kind of human being I?ve been working with.?
