Former "Glee" actress Naya Rivera was arrested for allegedly assaulting her husband Ryan Dorsey. The arrest took place on Saturday night in Chesapeake, West Virginia according to authorities. Dorsey told police that she had hit him in the head and on the bottom lip while they were taking their child for a walk. He also gave them a cell phone video of the assault, which then lead to her arrest. Rivera was then charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, but was shortly released on bond after a very quick court appearance. Rivera has plans to hire an attorney for the charges that can send her to jail for a maximum of one year and a fine of up to five hundred dollars.
