Singer Melissa Schuman, who was a former member of the 2000s girl group Dream, is accusing Nick Carter of sexual assault. She took to her blog on Saturday, November 18th to tell her story. She said that at the time of the assault she was only eighteen and Carter was 22. Schuman was afraid to come public about the situation because she was afraid of the scrutiny that would come with it. Carter has yet to comment on the accusations, even though he has continued using social media normally.
