Lady Gaga?s fiancé, Christian Carino, has a tattoo of the singer on his arm. Us Weekly confirmed that Carino's tattoo is a picture of Gaga's face with long pigtails, just under his shoulder. The tattoo recently went viral on a Gaga fan account, leading fans to wonder if it was real. The six-time Grammy winner and the CAA talent agent got engaged over the summer and made the news public earlier this month. Gaga was previously engaged to her boyfriend of five years, Taylor Kinney.
