Actress Skyler Samuels has joined 'The Gifted' TV show cast in a recurring role. Reports say she will play Esme, a ?refugee mutant with telepathic abilities and a mysterious past.? Samuels has previously played Grace Gardner in the first season of 'Scream Queens', and Bonnie Lipton in 'American Horror Story: Freak Show'. She is scheduled to appear on the episode ?threat of eXtinction?, which will air on Monday, November 20 at 9pm on FOX. A synopsis for the episode describes a flood of refugees coming into the Mutant Underground containing a spy for Sentinel Services. There?s no way as of now if Esme will be that spy.
