But the 1992 accusations against him of sexually molesting then-2nd-grader Dylan Farrow remain an ugly footnote that many fans, studios and actors prefer to overlook.
So is Allen's having married former partner Mia Farrow's adopted daughter, Soon-Yi Previn, when she was 21 and Allen was in his late fifties.
