TV personality Steve Harvey will ring in the new year on Fox. The network announced Thursday that Harvey will host ?Fox?s New Year?s Eve With Steve Harvey: Live From Times Square." The special begins Dec. 31 at 8 pm Eastern Time. This will be Harvey's first New Year?s Eve special for Fox and it will include surprise celebrity guests and musical performers.
