Pauley Perrette from NCIS is hopeful that she?s putting an end to what she says are lies. Perrette took to Twitter Wednesday to share a link to a report about three men agreeing to settle Federal Trade Commission charges regarding false internet-marketing practices. The settlement prohibits the men from using misleading marketing techniques, including phony celebrity endorsements. Perrette had previously tweeted that ads for a skin care line were still using her image without permission.
