With The Weinstein Company trying to sell its assets before filing for bankruptcy, "Paddington 2" has found a new home at Warner Bros. The company, formerly run by disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein, hoped that the 'Paddington' sequel's highly successful run in the United Kingdom would result in interest in domestic rights. According to Deadline, "Paddington 2" is heading to Warner Bros. after a bidding war that reached $30 million. The film is currently set for release in the U.S.
