This year's Doctor Who Christmas Special will mark the end of Peter Capaldi's run as the twelfth Doctor, ushering in Jodie Whittaker to become the Thirteenth Doctor in the series. Whittaker will be the first female Doctor and the BBC is starting to hype the highly-anticipated event with an official first-look image of Whittaker's costume. The Doctor has a free-spirited look with yellow suspenders, turquoise pants and a rainbow-striped shirt -- all indicators that the 13th doctor is a quirky and colorful character.
