Gal Gadot will receive the Rising Star Award ? Actress at the Palm Springs International Film Festival?s 2018 Awards Gala, PSIFF organizers announced on Thursday. Gadot, the star of ?Wonder Woman,? is the first Palm Springs award recipient to be announced this year. The PSIFF Awards Gala will be held on Tuesday, January 2, just before the January 4 kickoff of a festival that will run through January 15 in the desert resort town east of Los Angeles.
