Apple has ordered a new TV series starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston and has already committed to two seasons. Earlier this year, reports revealed that the the company was putting $1 billion into original content. In its first major project, Apple won a bidding war to produce a new TV series about morning television, based on a 2013 nonfiction book titled "Top of the Morning" by CNN host Brian Stelter.
