Jimmy Fallon?s mother, Gloria, passed away at 68 years old. The popular host, of course canceled the taping of ?The Tonight Show? to be with her. The statement released said she died peacefully on Saturday. Jimmy was at his mother?s bedside, along with other loved ones, when she passed at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. ?The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? tapings have been cancelled for the week of Nov. 6-10. Repeat episodes will be scheduled. Gloria was in the audience, cheering on her son the first night he took over as the ?The Tonight Show? host in 2014. Although Fallon has always kept a low profile with his family life, he would occasionally share family anecdotes about his mom, like the time he told Howard Stern that she was a nun at one point. He has always said she was his biggest fan.
