VIDEO : Fan Sues Travis Scott For Paralysis Injury At Concert

Celebrity in this news:

Travis Scott is being sued by a fan Kyle Green, alleging that he was paralyzed after being pushed from a third-story balcony and dragged on stage during Scott?s concert in April. The 23-year-old has to use a wheelchair due to his injuries, which ranged from fractured vertebrae, a broken left wrist and a fractured right ankle. The lawsuit names Scott, his manager, the concert promoter and the security company for what his lawyer is calling ?negligence, carelessness and recklessness.? A video shared on Twitter shows Scott encouraging Green to jump into the crowd from the second-floor balcony. A lawyer for Green said that his client was pushed from the third floor as the crowd moved towards the ledge and that security guards didn?t use a backboard or a neck brace to move him onto the stage after the jump. Prior to this lawsuit, Scott pled guilty on charges of reckless conduct for encouraging fans to climb over barricades and onto the stage at 2015?s Lollapalooza, where a 15-year-old girl was trampled in the stampede.
