Actor Kevin Spacey will not receive the 2017 International Emmy Founders Award. Just recently, actor Anthony Rapp accused the "House of Cards" actor of sexually approaching him when he was only 14 years old. Spacey was set to accept the award on November 20th. The TV Academy released a statement, and said: ?The International Academy has announced today that in light of recent events it will not honor Kevin Spacey with the 2017 International Emmy Founders Award." Spacey has since apologized for his actions, and said that he doesn't even remember the event.
