According to Chris Hemsworth, his appearance on Australia's version of 'Dancing With The Stars' before was cast as Thor almost kept him out of the Marvel Studios franchise. In an interview with BBC Radio 1, Hemsworth explained, "Marvel Studios president and producer Kevin Feige said at the time that dancing almost lost me the job." He then added Feige said, "We all saw your audition, we were passing it around the office, and everyone was really into it.
