Ryan Murphy?s latest TV series for FX, called ?Pose,? has added Evan Peters, Kate Mara, James Van Der Beek and Tatiana Maslany to its cast. Set in the mid-?80s in New York City, the series will follow people in various Manhattan social circles, from the elite to the city?s underground ballroom culture. On Wednesday, the show announced that it had cast five transgender performers in series regular roles -- a record number for any scripted series -- MJ Rodriguez, Indya Moore, Dominique Jackson, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross. ?Transparent? writer Our Lady J and trans activist Janet Mock will help write the series.
